Tracy Fitzgerald literally grew up in the luxury home industry. Tracy specializes in luxury homes in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Carefree, Cave Creek and Phoenix. Ranked as one of the top 25 realtors by the Arizona Business Journal, one of the top realtors with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty and the top 1% in Arizona, success has been a constant partner.
Passionate about what she does and having a reputation of being one of the hardest working professionals in the business, Tracy is well-known as an intense “marketing guru” who goes above and beyond “the extra mile” to aggressively market her properties. An unparalleled combination of experience, enthusiasm, integrity and commitment has catapulted her into the ratified realm of the industry’s top producers – and that is where she intends to stay. Although Tracy is known for working with million dollar homes, she never turns down business. She helps clients find their dream home, no matter what price point.
“Finding a good balance is so important”, she says. “Just as loving whatever it is that you do in life.” And it is obvious to anyone that this highly successful real estate dynamo does love what she does, even if she jokingly says she sometimes feels like a doctor on call. “I never know when my phone is going to ring, but that’s what I’m here for and that’s what I’m good at – striving to meet my clients’ needs.”
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Tracy attended Texas Tech University, heading west to North Scottsdale in 1992. “When I was growing up in Texas, my mom was a general contractor who designed and built luxury custom homes. I honestly grew up going to job sites, learning the ins and outs of luxury homebuilding and the great importance of understanding and meeting the clients’ expectations. During this time, I developed a passion for real estate and I knew early on that this was the profession I wanted to devote myself to as a life-long career. Helping my clients to achieve their dreams gives me great satisfaction and happiness because I know that I am helping to make a difference in their world and mine.”
Happily married for 18 years, one of Tracy’s greatest pleasures in life is spending quality time with her husband and two children. Tracy also enjoys yoga, family hiking and traveling.
